**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage into polished video content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Reels, Shorts etc.)
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project scope and objectives
- Trim, cut, and rearrange footage to match scripts or storyboards
- Add music, dialogues, graphics, animations, sound effects, and transitions
- Color-correct and enhance video/audio quality
- Export final videos in required formats and resolutions
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new editing tools or techniques

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling
- Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A creative eye and attention to detail

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (optional but a plus)
- Experience editing for specific industries (e.g., fashion, gaming, real estate, YouTube content)
- (optional) Knowledge of camera operation and filming is a bonus
