- **Job Title: Internal Auditor**_ _Location: Dar es salaam Tanzania _

- **Role & Responsibilities**_ _To supporting execution, finalisation of all internal audit related assignments of company’s operations such as:_
- _Assist in development of the audit work plan_
- _Timely execution of internal audits in accordance with the annual audit scope and audit standards issued by ICAI / CIA._
- _Help co-team members in execution of assignments._
- _Draft audit observations, Quantify impact, identify root cause and recommendations for enhancement of performance across the organization._
- _Prepare draft report for respective assignments._
- _Create awareness and guide process owners in implementation of controls as well as sound business practices & processes._
- _Follow up of the audit reports for compliance._
- _Identify control weakness and escalate to seniors._
- _Assist in devising policy guidelines on business process & system. _
- _Develop understanding of the operations of the company and participate in implementation of the changes in co-ordination with the functional incharge. _
- _Assist in creating awareness for improving controls, minimizing costs and enhancing business performance. _
- _Develop skill sets require to deal with ambiguity. _
- _Maintenance of Audit documentation _
- _Conduct any other assignments entrusted by Senior Manager and / or Chief Assurance & Risk Executive._
- Strong team player, positive attitude, passion and commitment
- Verbal and written communication skills with good command of English. - An active listener and good communicator. Working in team as team member / team leader - Ready to travel_

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
