Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Generates complex metrics and drafts and reviews reports in assigned functional business area to inform decisions on tactical issues that impact the business.
- Implements policies and procedures in support of the business area strategy.
- Implements process improvements in the assigned business area.
- Analyzes and reports on area data (financial, headcount, etc.) and performance metrics.
- Supports business management projects by documenting risks, issues and action items.
- Drives meeting planning in support of business projects and objectives.

- Create executive materials, decks/PowerPoint presentations, agendas, etc. to support enterprise initiatives, leadership meetings, trainings and communication needs.
- Create good Graphics, Visualization and design experience supporting various BU and Organization level initiatives
- Partner with business owners, managers, and teams across the various organizations - local and global to ensure deliverables, data, reports, and special requests are met appropriately and on timely manner
- Work with various stakeholders like Corporate Service, Finance, HR, Infrastructure groups for reporting BU data on accurate and timely matter
- Create Key KPI reports, Data analytics and reports for Sr. Management with use of Microsoft tools and Tableau and other software
- Aware of Software Life cycle, Processes, Program and Governance routines followed from Technology standpoint
- Identify, define and document processes and procedures and identify opportunities to streamline and/or automate processes
- Own document storage and follow through as required for all governance, transition
