**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate art lessons that align with curriculum standards.
- Introduce students to a variety of art techniques, including drawing, painting, collage, sculpture, and digital media.
- Encourage creative thinking and self-expression through individual and group art projects.
- Organize art displays and exhibitions to showcase student work.
- Manage art supplies and maintain an organized and safe art room.
- Assess and document student progress in line with academic expectations.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that respects diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff on events, theme weeks, and performances involving art.
- Stay updated on contemporary art education practices and participate in professional development.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts / Visual Arts / Art Education or equivalent (B.Ed preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the primary level, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong command of various art techniques and media.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
