At **Absurd Games,** we’re building worlds full of personality, creativity, and fun. Our team thrives on pushing quirky ideas into polished, playable experiences. We’re now looking for a **Junior 3D Artist** to join us in bringing our characters, environments, and props to life.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and optimize 3D assets such as props, environments, and characters based on concepts and art direction.
- Collaborate with designers, animators, and programmers to ensure assets work well in-engine.
- Follow established art pipelines, ensuring assets meet technical and stylistic requirements.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent visual style across the project.
- Work with feedback and iterate quickly to improve assets.
- Keep files organized and contribute to clean documentation of workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in at least one 3D software package (Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max).
- Basic knowledge of sculpting (ZBrush or Blender Sculpt Mode) and texturing (Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar).
- Understanding of low-poly modeling, UV unwrapping, and PBR texturing.
- Familiarity with at least one game engine (Unity or Unreal Engine).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction/feedback constructively.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
