Student Counsellor

We are working with the world's leading educational institutions starting from private schools to the leading universities, we help our clients find the most suitable educational option for them, arrange their enrollment, study online or offline.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational needs, goals, and interests.
- Provide detailed information about Educate-Online's online programs, including course offerings, curriculum structure, admission requirements, and benefits.
- Address any questions, concerns, or objections raised by students regarding our programs, admissions process, or online learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counselling sessions, and enrolment outcomes in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in student counselling, admissions, preferably in an educational institution or online learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using technology and online communication tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving student enrolment targets.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate student schedules.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
- Must be based in Haridwar, or Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,055.58 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Haridwar, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 2 years (preferred)
