**Administrative & Accounts Responsibilities**:
- Manage office operations, including correspondence, filing, and scheduling meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Handle communication with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain records of office procedures.
- Oversee the smooth functioning of office equipment and liaise with service providers
- for maintenance.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, invoices, and expense records.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
**Requirements:
- **
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, combining administrative and accounting responsibilities.
**Skills:
- **
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or equivalent).
- Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with HR-related administrative tasks.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
