**DIRECT PATEINT CARE**

Ø Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.

Ø Monitor record and report symptoms and change in patient condition

Ø Record patient medical information and vital signs

Ø Direct and supervise less skilled nursing

Ø Prepare patients for and assist with examinations & treatments

Ø Observes nurses and visit patients to ensure that proper nursing care is provided

Ø Conduct specified laboratory tests

Ø Co Ordinate infection control programs, advising and consulting with specified personnel about necessary precautions

Ø Sterile instruments, equipment and supplier and ensure that stock of supplies is maintained

Ø To maintain the personal hygiene of the patients including bathing care of mouth, back, nails hair etc

Ø Care of pressure points as needed

Ø To assist the patient in elimination, offering and removing the bedpans and urinals

Ø Bed making, assist in feeding the weak & debilitated patients

Ø Supervisions of diet

Ø Assist in physiotherapy, ambulation and rehabilitation

Ø Carry our patients teaching and demonstration according to need

Ø Assist in administration of intravenous injections, infusion and transfusion

Ø Administration of medicine and injections to the patients

Ø Observing, recording and reporting of vital signs e.g. T.P.R. and Blood Pressure

Ø Collecting, labeling and dispatch of specimens

Ø Urine testing for sugar & albumin

Ø Observations, recording and reporting of all procedures & Test.

**B : Ward Management**

Ø Handling over and taking over charge of patients and ward Inventory in each shift

Ø Maintenance of therapeutic environment in the ward

Ø Keeping the ward clean

Ø Routine care and cleaning of dressing trolleys, cupboard, apparatus mackintosh etc

Ø Disinfection of linen, beds, floor and bedpans and fumigation of rooms etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
