6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Analyze user needs and design software solutions.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

**Professional & Technical Skills**
- Have to Have Skills: Proficiency in MongoDB.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with MongoDB Administration.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling.
- Experience in designing and developing MongoDB databases.
- Knowledge of MongoDB query language and aggregation framework.
- Familiarity with MongoDB indexing and performance optimization techniques.
- Understanding of data security and access control in MongoDB.

**Additional Information**
- Resource will need to work daily from client office in Mumbai location.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
