**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually engaging motion graphics for video content, social media, websites, advertisements, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to conceptualize and design animation assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Work with video editors and creative directors to design and integrate animated elements in video projects.
- Develop storyboard concepts to present animation ideas before final production.
- Use various software and techniques to create motion graphics, including 2D and 3D animations, visual effects, and typography animation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in motion graphics and design.
- Edit and enhance video content, including color correction, transitions, and sound design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven 3+ experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.
- Experience in 3D animation (Maya, Blender) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
- Experience with video production processes and formats.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Motion graphics: 2 years (preferred)
