**Experience**: 1-3 years

**Education**: CA/ CFA (USA)/ MBA (Finance)
- Knowledge of various financial reporting standards and laws such as Indian GAAP, IndAS, IFRS etc., Companies Act, 2013, IBC, 2016 and Income Tax Act, 1961
- Knowledge and ability to analyze Financial Statements, perform ratio analysis and interpretation of the same
- Knowledge in financial valuation, financial modeling, business planning
- Ability to perform valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities using all accepted and relevant approaches and theory
- Knowledge about valuation of businesses and Intangibles for varied purposes (including purchase price allocations etc.) to facilitate strategic decision making by clients
- Designing financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, intangible assets
- Presenting the results of the analysis in a clear and concise manner
- Analytical skills to Perform detailed reviews of financial models, arrive at preliminary conclusions and present the findings in a report format to clients
- Knowledge of MS office (Power point, Excel, Word). Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services provided
- Good communication, writing and presentation skills
