**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle for corporate office in US
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Providing Recruitment reports to team managers.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)

**Min Experience** - 1 year into recruitment

**Additional Skills: Knowledge of Indeed, ZipRecruiter and Craigslist.**

**Also should have basic knowledge of Excel, word and PowerPoint.**

Job Location - Lower Parel

Job Timing - 9.30pm to 6.30am(Night shift)

Monday to Fridays working, Saturdays and Sundays off.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
