Floor Incharge

_**URGENTLY REQUIRED FLOOR INCHARGE - TVS RENAULT CALICUT**_
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**_

The floor supervisor manages the technical team on the floor of the workshop. He will be responsible for workshop floor upkeep and training and management of the technical team.
- Allocation of VEHICLES to various service mechanics
- Scheduling and control of workshop ramps, mechanics
- Monitoring of time taken for task completion against allocated time
- Management of workshop team
- Conduct daily floor meetings
- To ensure timely and qualitative submission of service MIS
- Offer technical inputs to the technicians, wherever required.
- Communicate the time required to complete the task to the service advisor.
- Ensure the sourcing of all the parts, spares & consumables required to complete the work

**Requirements**:

- Extensive technical knowledge(B.tech/ITI/Mechanical diploma)
- 5 years of experience in Four wheeler segment
- Multi-Tasking, time management & prioritizing
- Planning and Organizing, Operational Excellence, detail orientation
- Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Leadership and People Management, coaching a team

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
