Introduction

Central Framework and Remediation, as part of Chief Controls Office, partners with Trading, Distribution and other key stakeholders across the three lines of defence to design, develop, implement and maintain an efficient and effective control environment across our Markets business

What will you be doing?
- Governance
- Business and Thematic Framework Governance e.g., Supervision, MCCF, Unauthorized Trading, Troy, etc. Facilitate the relevant governance materials and produce reporting.
- Frameworks & Governance
- Execute control framework related deliverables such as COI, EUDA, and Product Governance at an Asset Class level. SPOCSs Annual Model Attestation, Business Management and Ops Rigor.
- MI- Production of Control MI, including gathering of KIs.

- Excellent Eye for Detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent in Power point presentations and advance Microsoft Excel
- Flexible to work long hours when required
- Excellent VBA / SQL skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Aptitude for self-learning
- Thorough knowledge Operational Risk process
- Understanding of the financial products across business (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives)
- Ambitious and Proactive in nature. Should be able to take quick decisions
- Should be an Excellent Team player

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Knowledge of data analytics, data visualisation, VBA or python programming is desirable
- BBA/ B.Com or any Graduate in relevel stream
