We are urgently looking for Chat Support Executive for Reputed UK Bank.

Location
- Malad west

Salary
- 20k to 24k plus excellent incentives plus OT

Graduate fresher will do OR Hsc with 1year minimum.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on a night shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off).
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
