Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance schedules, plans, and strategies to ensure optimal functioning of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
Supervision and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and specialists, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime, extend equipment lifespan, and prevent costly breakdowns.
Repairs and Troubleshooting: Coordinate and oversee repairs of equipment and facilities, diagnosing issues, and implementing effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and supplies required for maintenance activities.
Budget Oversight: Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while meeting maintenance needs.
Vendor and Contractor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety standards.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines to create a safe working environment.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, inspections, and equipment history. Generate regular reports for management review.
Training and Development: Identify training needs for maintenance staff and provide coaching to enhance technical skills and professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills:
