**Position Title: Graphic Designer**

Location**:Calicut, Kerala**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our sports construction office. In this role, you will be responsible for producing creative posters, high-quality video content that showcases our projects, highlights our company culture, and engages our target audience. As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and promoting our brand through compelling visual storytelling.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Develop and execute creative concepts for video content that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and target audience.
- Brainstorm and pitch ideas for video projects that effectively communicate the value of our sports construction projects and services.

**Videography**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video footage for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Capture on-site construction progress, interviews with team members, and other relevant content.
- Ensure the use of proper equipment and techniques to achieve professional and visually appealing results.

**Editing**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging, and cohesive videos.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and other elements to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and finalize video content for distribution.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary footage and information.

**Brand Promotion**:

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a consistent visual style that aligns with the company's brand identity.
- Implement strategies to increase the visibility and reach of our video content across various online platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and sound techniques.
- Strong storytelling and creative skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with sports construction or related industries is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
