Dialling enquiries and understanding the requirements and sharing relevant information about the properties.
- Updating all the information and scheduling property visits.
- Responding to inbound calls to provide information
- Scheduling follow-up calls and ensuring the clients are contacted.
- Cross pitching properties based on clients requirements.
- Allocating leads to respective sales executives and collecting feedback.
- Ensuring all enquiries with feedbacks are updated regularly in the software.
- Supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities.
- Generating various MIS Reports and other pre sales activities as per process.
- Checking market reviews of company website and competitor’s website.

Telesales Executive Requirements:

- 1+ Year of related experience in marketing calls preferably real estate
- Associates/Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a reputed institution

**Preferred Skills**
- Customer focussed and adaptable to different personality types.
- Have the ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Possess previous experience in a call centre
- Language known - kannada ,english and hindi

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Arvindanagar, Mysore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
