- DME/BE Mechanical

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily production operations and manage staff assignments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain effective production schedules and ensure materials are available.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their performance and skill sets.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify maintenance needs.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality assurance, to streamline operations and resolve issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in production supervision within the mechanical industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving processes.
- Solid understanding of production machinery, tools, and techniques.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations in the mechanical sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
