The Baale Mane Trust, a girls’ home near Bangalore aiming to nurture brighter futures for girls with challenging backgrounds, is recruiting an experienced psychiatric social worker or counsellor to join our passionate team. We are looking for someone with educational qualification and experience in working with young girls and women.

**Job Title** - Counsellor

**Qualification** - Minimum needed - M.Sc. Psychology

**Mode of interaction** - In-person sessions

**Ideally, the applicant will be**:
1. able to regularly visit the Baale Mane home and is self-sufficient travelling (either by public transport or own mode of transport).

2. Fluent in Kannada and English.

**Ideally, the applicant will have**:
1. Experience in the relevant field.
