**Position Overview**:
The MR plays a pivotal role in managing operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the charging station. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of electric vehicles (EVs), and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our users.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. User Assistance and Registration:

- Provide guidance on how to navigate the app and its features.

2. Maintenance of Electrical Systems:

- Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of all electrical systems at the charging

station.
- Regularly inspect charging equipment to identify and address any issues promptly.

3. Safety and Equipment Management:

- Maintain a safe and secure environment at the charging station for users and staff.
- Monitor the condition of equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Implement safety measures to prevent accidents and ensure emergency preparedness.

4. Bike Management:

- Facilitate the process of handing over bikes to registered users.
- Ensure that bikes are properly charged and ready for use at all times.
- Monitor battery levels and prioritize charging to maintain availability.

5. Reporting and Communication:

- Report any vehicle damage or maintenance needs promptly to the City Head or relevant

authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, user interactions, and equipment

maintenance.

6. Customer Service and Support:

- Provide excellent customer service to address user queries and concerns effectively.
- Resolve user issues related to charging, app usage, and vehicle functionality.

7. Team Coordination:

- Collaborate with the operations team and other station heads to streamline processes

and share best practices.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among station staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electric vehicle or

automotive industry.
- Technical knowledge of electric vehicle charging systems and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse

stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and delivering a superior user experience.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Implement promotional activities to increase station usage and promote EV awareness.
- Conduct regular training sessions for station staff on safety protocols and operational

procedures.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and innovations to suggest improvements for station

operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
