Job Responsibilities:

- Mentoring Technical team.
- Assigning accounts to the Technical team & monitoring activity of each account to increase technical services quality and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring certification status of the technical team as per the certification plan shared by SOLIDWORKS.
- Monitoring and recording Demos delivered by technical Pre-sales Team every Month.
- Recording, monitoring and evaluating the overall performance of technical team.
- Technical Event/ Webinar/Activity Planning for customers and prospects.
- Customer Auditing.
- New product learning as suggested by SOLIDWORKS.
- Closely Working with Subscription & Customer Care Team.

**Min EDU Qualification required**:B.Tech **Min Experience required**:Minimum 7 yrs **Skills required**:

- Experience of Team Handling.
- Experience of using CRM software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.
- Experience of using SOLIDWORKS Products.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
