**Job Title**: Picker/Packer/Sorter

**Responsibilities**:

- **Picking**: Accurately select items from inventory based on order specifications. Ensure that the correct items and quantities are picked.
- **Packing**: Safely pack items for shipment, ensuring they are secure and protected during transit. Label packages appropriately.
- **Sorting**: Organize and sort products based on various criteria, such as size, type, or destination, to streamline the shipping process.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing and shipping.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet shipping deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.

**Working Conditions**:

- Fast-paced warehouse environment.
- May require working in varying temperatures depending on the facility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
