**Job Title: ITI (Fitter/Turner/Miller)**

**Location**: Pune, India

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Perform fitting, turning, or milling operations as per job requirements and engineering drawings.

2. Set up and operate machines and equipment effectively to meet production targets.

3. Conduct routine maintenance of machines to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.

4. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, tools, or processes.

6. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals efficiently.

8. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including materials used, time taken, and output produced.

**Requirements**:
1. ITI certification in Fitting/Turning/Milling or equivalent.

2. Proven experience of 2-5 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role.

3. Proficiency in operating relevant machinery and tools.

4. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

6. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
