We are looking for an energetic, smart product manager with a passion for data and analytics and a desire to build products that help in getting data insights and help in decision making. The Product Manager will partner with business and technical teams to build products, as well as the provide support on all changes related to the product. Deliver constant improvements to products on an agile way. Works with business groups to define their global technology roadmaps. Manages products and programs from launch to completion with defined measures of success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with cross functional business and IT to understand requirements, analyze, design, and help build solution for analytics and data science products.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and come up with simple actionable user stories.
- Deep knowledge on cross functional data and ensure data quality on the products launched
- Build dashboard prototype to help business visualize end products.
- Involve is testing the analytic products for functionality, User Interface, and data quality
- Provide technical support to business teams on Tableau and Tableau Prep for self-serve analytics and define best practices and develop user guides
- Follow agile methodologies and deliver continuous enhancements on products
- Manage and execute data analytic vision to promote business teams adopt data and use data for decision making
- Maintain a strong personal base of knowledge of data platform technology, industry practices, trends, and issues
- Collaborate closely with the analysts and scientists across the organization.
- Able to provide statistical techniques, quantitative data analysis and predictive analysis and scenario based analysis
- Ensure data security and compliance measures are in place for every product delivered.
- Debug and identify root cause for critical issue and provide solution recommendations
- Supports senior management by creating architecture, project management and roadmap documentation
- Optimize release management to strike good balance between business goals and delivery capacity
- Identifies and manages risks in release delivery and communicate with stakeholder with clarity and mitigation plans

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering Mathematics or Statistics
- 7+ years’ experience of overall Product Management experience with minimum 3+ yrs in Data Product Management including experience with Data Science related projects
- Experience is building customer data centric products
- Strong analytical skills in analyzing complex problems, processes, and systems to propose solutions
- Ability to document and prototype business use cases and data flows
- Experience in data visualization using Tableau or similar tools building dashboards that provide key insights and drive business decisions.
- Understanding of Data Structures, Data Modeling and End-to-end Data Pipelines
- Experience with Query Languages like SQL

Preferred
- MBA and/or Masters Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering Mathematics or Statistics
- Experience with scripting language like Python, R, or other scripting language for exploratory analysis
