**Education: Any Graduate, Diploma in Hotel Management, Diploma in Hospitality Management.**

**Experience: Minimum 1 year in relevant profile preferred.**

**Personality Traits**:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasing personality.

The tasks a Showroom Hostess is expected to perform include:
1. Serves as a front-line representative for the dealership.

2. Greets customers as they enter the showroom, answers basic inquiries and directs them to the appropriate Customer Advisor.

3. Co-ordinating the front office desk

4. Greeting customers appropriately

5. Handling customer queries and resolving them

6. Maintaining a complete database of the customers' contact information

7. Introducing customers to the Sales Officer

8. Providing basic information about vehicles available

9. Taking feedback from customers

**Key Competencies**:
1. Proficiency in using iPad.

2. Ability to handle and resolve customer queries.

3. Skill to maintain the complete database of customer contacts and feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
