**Job Description**:
**Your work will typically involve**:

- Contracts: structuring, drafting & reviewing contracts with financial institutions and blue-chip technology companies. Please note - this is a critical skill set. Please only consider this role if you enjoy drafting legal documents and have been recognised as being exceptionally skilled at it.
- Regulatory matters: understanding cutting edge fintech laws across various Asia Pacific
Risk management: advising business stakeholders on legal risks and liabilities in new business initiatives
- Templates: sourcing and creating templates for various agreements and adapting them for regional markets
- Manuals & systems: helping create manuals and processes to get the legal function to work better
- Knowledge management: keeping up to speed with current changes on all relevant laws
- Training: sharing legal know-how across the company to help manage risk
- Miscellaneous: advising on legal issues around employment law, real estate and other corporate issues
