Pet Grievance

At Mr n Mrs Pet, we help people find their perfect pet while making pet parenting easy and stress-free. We're India's largest pet-sourcing platform, ensuring pets find loving homes and get the best care.

We're looking for a pet grievance officer who is a great listener, patient, and polite. Your job is to handle customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure that pets and pet parents have a smooth experience with us.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Listens to customer concerns and addresses pet-related grievances.
2. Resolve complaints from customers, breeders, and partners in a professional and understanding manner.
3. Ensure compliance with pet welfare policies and ethical sourcing guidelines.
4. Investigate pet health issues, improper care cases, and disputes.
5. Work with veterinary teams, legal departments, and customer service to provide fair solutions.
6. Maintain records of grievances and resolutions.
7. Educate pet parents on responsible pet care and industry regulations.
8. Improve policies and processes to minimize complaints.

**Other requirements**

1. Bachelor’s degree in animal welfare, law, business administration, or a related field.

2. 1-3 years of experience in grievance handling, customer service, or animal welfare.

3. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

4. Polite, patient, and able to handle emotional situations professionally.

5. Knowledge of pet care, breeding ethics, and industry regulations.

6. Passion for animal welfare.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
