**Job Title
- **CNC Turning & Milling Supervisor

**Salary Range-** Up to ₹ 25,000 per month

**Location
- Banglore**

**Basic Qualification required-**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CNC operator, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in CNC programming and G-code interpretation.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supervise and lead a team of CNC turning and milling machine operators.
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize machine setup and production activities to meet production targets.
- Monitor and optimize machine processes for quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Perform routine maintenance and coordinate repairs for CNC machines.
- Train and mentor team members on machine operation and safety procedures.
- Maintain inventory of tooling, raw materials, and machine consumables.
- Enforce workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Skill Required**
- Familiarity with CAM software for CNC programming, such as Mastercam, Siemens NX, or similar.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Operate CNC machines to execute machining processes with precision and accuracy
- Knowledge of tooling selection, setup, and maintenance.

**Benefits**
