**Position: Full-Time Live-in Housekeeper**

**Location: Charlotte, North Carolina**

**Required Valid USA Visa**

**Age: 30-45 years**

**Female only**

**Schedule: 5 days per week (off days on Sundays, 2 times a month)**

**Responsibilities: Cleaning, Cooking, Laundry, Ironing, Grocery Shopping, Childcare**

**J**ob Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Cleaning: Ensure the house is kept clean and organized, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all rooms, as well as maintaining cleanliness in the bathrooms and kitchen.

2. Cooking: Prepare Indian vegetarian meals according to the family's preferences and dietary requirements. Ability to cook a variety of dishes and follow recipes is necessary.

3. Laundry and Ironing: Handle all laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes, linens, and towels.

4. Grocery Shopping: Responsible for purchasing groceries and other household supplies as needed

5. Childcare: Mind the children aged 10 and 5, ensuring their safety and well-being at home. Engage in age-appropriate activities and accompany them to school or other activities when necessary.

6. Following Instructions: Pay attention to specific instructions provided by the family regarding cleaning techniques, dietary restrictions, and childcare preferences.

7. Maintain Household Inventory: Keep track of household supplies, ensuring essential items are stocked and informing the family when restocking is required.

8. Communication: Maintain open and respectful communication with the family, providing updates on completed tasks and any issues or concerns that arise.

**Requirements**:
1. Valid USA Visa

2. Age: Ideally between 30 and 45 years of age.

3. Experience: Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role, with a strong background in house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.

4. Cooking Skills: Proficiency in Indian vegetarian cooking, with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes.

5. Childcare Experience: Experience in caring for children aged 10 and 5, including managing their routines and ensuring their safety.

6. Efficiency and Detail-Oriented: Able to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

7. Follows Instructions: Capable of following instructions accurately and efficiently.

8. Caring Nature: Compassionate and caring towards the family and children.

9. Organization Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage household tasks and maintain a clean and orderly environment.

10. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with the family and provide updates on completed tasks or any concerns.

Compensation:
The family will provide a competitive salary, along with accommodation and meals as a part of the live-in arrangement and will be responsible for their medical, food, living, and travel expenses.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
