**Job Responsibilities and Skills**:

- Analyze and optimize designs for functionality, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability.
- Implement design modifications based on feedback and performance testing.

**5. Material and Component Selection**:

- Collaborate with suppliers and engineers to select appropriate materials and components for designs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**6. Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Communicate effectively to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.

**7. Quality Control**:

- Conduct quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Identify and resolve design issues during the development phase.

**8. Software Proficiency**:

- Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Utilize software tools efficiently to enhance the design process.

**9. Problem Solving**:

- Address design challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Work with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the design phase.

**10. Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with project managers to align design activities with project goals.

**11. Continuous Learning**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in design software.
- Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and design standards.
- Experience with 3D modeling, parametric design, and simulation tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
