**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Graphic and Motion Design**
- Design user-friendly digital assets for web, mobile, and social media platforms using Figma, ensuring seamless user experience.
- Develop engaging digital and print visual assets (e.g., social media posts, banners, standees, brochures) to support BabyMD’s online and offline campaigns and branding.
- UI/UX Design for Landing Pages, Websites, and other key areas of customer experience and journey
- Motion Design and video editing using for reels, video ads, brand videos, and video explainers
- Maintain consistency in design across all platforms, ensuring adherence to the company’s visual identity and style guidelines.
- Proficient in using tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro

**Requirements**:

- Easy to work with, is able to work on multiple projects closely with the marketing team.
- Experience working with brand guidelines to maintain consistency in visual communication.
- Solid understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup culture, where flexibility, agility, and proactive problem-solving are valued.
- Strong handle on UI/UX principles
