We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of POTENCIA ACADEMY LLP in the Fazilka District. The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract students for our +1 JEE and NEET coaching programs.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Develop and Execute Marketing Plans**:

- Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote POTENCIA ACADEMY's coaching programs in the Fazilka District.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and student enrollment.

2. **Digital Marketing**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

3. **Collaboration and Networking**:

- Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders in the Fazilka District.
- Attend events and participate in community outreach activities to enhance the institute's visibility.

4. **Content Creation**:

- Work closely with the content team to develop engaging and informative marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and online content.

5. **Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Generate leads through various marketing channels and convert them into student enrollments.
- Implement lead nurturing strategies to guide potential students through the enrollment process.

6. **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to make informed marketing decisions.
- Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for education and a commitment to promoting academic excellence.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
