The Opportunity

We are now recruiting for a full-time position of nursing staff to join our first multidisciplinary hospital at Mohali and be part of our clinical and behavioral care team that has medical officers, acclaimed specialist doctors, physicians, surgeons and practitioners from North America and India.

As part of our nursing team, you’ll support our clients and patients in their health journey by taking initial assessment, monitoring vitals, updating EMR, digital patient support, making patient summary for MOs and Senior doctors and work with nutritionists to implement comprehensive care plan for the patient.

Qualifications/Eligibility
- Degree - Bachelors or Masters in Nursing. Minimum 2+ years of experience is required.
- Good understanding of medical jargon associated with lifestyle disorders.
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal & Oral.
- Must be polite, self motivated and empathetic with patient’s need

Role & Responsibility
- Assess the total needs of the patient and understand the care plan of the patient.
- Demonstrate efficient nursing care, taking care of personal comfort of the patients, administration of drugs and treatment observation and periodic recordings of vital parameters.
- To participate in the program care with compassion and high level of responsiveness
- Supervise, monitor and follow up with diet charts prescribed to patients by nutritionist
- Participate and help in the clinical investigation procedures
- Give information and health education with the patients and their relatives
- Establish an effective communication link between patient and Care team.
- Must possess knowledge of basic life supporting techniques in case of Emergency
- Coordinate with other staff like M.O.’s, Nutritionist & Physio
- To follow infection control policies and biomedical waste management guidelines
- Follow up with the patients on the continuous care model
- To be groomed, punctual & adhere to company policy and practices.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
