**Role and Responsibilities**
- Performing activities to assess the privacy controls on an ongoing basis. Work closely with the support department like Legal, IT, Infosec,projects, and other functions to develop and monitor policies and standards applicable to the business and in compliance with GDPR or other applicable privacy policy & regulations
- Develop, enhance, operationalize enterprise-level privacy policies/ procedures, processes and controls, e.g. metrics, personal information inventory, data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), Privacy by Design, Vendor Risk and Management.
- Complete responsibility to fill the privacy questionnaire and client require privacy information’s.
- Effectively tracking, monitoring and reporting on privacy controls
- Review client and vendor contracts for information security and data privacy clauses. Conduct discussions with clients Legal/InfoSec Team to reach a consensus.
- Implementing measures and a privacy governance framework to manage data use in compliance with the Local privacy laws/ GDPR, including developing templates for data collection, assisting with data mapping, and vendor management reviews
- Lead the development and ongoing management of privacy program across the company across all geographies.
- Lead regulatory compliance initiatives, e.g. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), United Kingdom GDPR, and other Global privacy laws across the organization.
- Serving as the primary point of contact with Data Protection Authorities on all data protection related matters under the GDPR or other privacy regulations
- Monitoring changes to local/global privacy laws and making recommendations to the Data Privacy /Information Governance Committee when appropriate.
- Coordinating and conducting information security /Data privacy audits.
- Working with key internal stakeholders in the review of projects and related data to ensure compliance with local data privacy laws, and where necessary, complete and advise on privacy impact assessments.
- Ensure to Identify, track, monitor and maintain compliance to all applicable Data Privacy requirements
- Provide support of ISO27K internal and external audits

**Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, UK DPA and privacy shield. Knowledge of compliance programs, such as ISO27K, HIPPA, Hit RUST, SSAE16/ISAE3402, and PCI DSS.
- Knowledge of standards NIST, COBIT, SABSA, etc.
- Knowledge of BCP, any implementation is added advantage
- Strong understanding and experienced in enabling GRC solutions and common control framework for data regulations.
- **Certification(s) Preferred**:Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), CISA, CISM.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
