IT Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain plant IT infrastructure including PCs, printers, scanners, networking devices, and servers.
- Provide first-level support for software and hardware issues, escalating complex issues to central IT as necessary.
- Monitor network performance, ensure system uptime, and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Support industrial systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP), MES, SCADA, and PLC connectivity.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance and software licenses.
- Ensure IT compliance with company policies and security protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and keep documentation updated.
- Assist in implementation of IT projects and rollouts at the plant level.
- Train plant personnel on basic IT usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with the corporate IT team to implement system upgrades and cybersecurity measures.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, networking concepts, and basic server management.
- Experience with ERP systems, especially manufacturing modules (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial systems (MES, SCADA, PLC) is highly desirable.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
