Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to visit Architects, Interiors, and

capable of conducting insightful market research to establish effective

marketing strategies. They should be adept at evaluating and improving the

marketing process.

**Responsibilities**:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Make calls to architects, builders, and project managers to introduce

our services.
- Identify potential clients and gather information about their projects.
- Set up and attend meetings to discuss our services with potential

clients.
- Explain the services offered by The Magic Doors clearly.
- Understand the client’s needs and how we can help them.
- Customize our services to fit each client’s unique requirements.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with architects, builders, and project

managers.

Communication Skills & Social Media Management:

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Create content that highlights our expertise and services

Market Research and Documentation:

- Research market trends and competitors.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and project progress.
- Report regularly to management on lead generation and client

acquisition.

- Stay informed about industry trends and adapt to changes.

Qualifications:
Þ Master’s degree in marketing or related field.

Þ Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity

skills.

Þ Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative.

Þ Experience with social media.
