Outreach Facilitator

We are seeking a motivated and socially aware **Outreach Facilitator** to drive community engagement and beneficiary mobilization under a government-supported initiative. The role involves field-based interaction, awareness generation, and facilitation of program participation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outreach activities to inform and engage target communities
- Facilitate registration and onboarding of beneficiaries
- Build trust and maintain relationships with local stakeholders
- Organize and support awareness events and field campaigns
- Collect feedback and report insights to the project team
- Coordinate with center staff and mobilizers for smooth execution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for community development and public service
- Ability to travel locally and work in field settings
- Familiarity with local language, culture, and geography

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
