**Position Title: Commercial Officer
- Mundra**

**Function: Finance**

**Key Stakeholders**:
Internal: Factory Manager, RMH, RCFM, Commercial Team, Replenishment, Production Team

External: Auditors, Consultants, GST, Customs, Development Office &other statutory bodies.

**Educational Qualification: B.Com(Hons) **with 8 to 10 years of experience, with 5+ years of experience in SEZ/EOU unit& custom

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5+ yrs experience in SEZ/ EOU
- Prior experience of working on SAP
- Prior relevant experience preferably in FMCG industry

**Desired Competencies**:

- Co-ordination with SEZ/custom office

**Key Responsibilities:
**Compliance**

Ensuring compliance with SEZ Act and rules

Regular filing of returns, annual performance report, filing of BOE, etc.

Aligning process and documentations as per statutory requirements

Co-ordination with Customs and Development Commissioner office

Addressing any compliance / operational issuerelating to customs and DC office

**Financial Analysis**

Coordinate in budgetary control over variable and Fixed cost.

Coordinate in preparing of Unit Financial Statement

**Payable Management**

Ensuring all Vendors are paid within the due date. Ensure that the working capital is adequately utilised.

**New Initiatives**

Drive new initiatives like profitability improvement, Wastage reduction, etc
