**Role: MBA Intern**

**Duration**: 2-3 months (extendable based on performance)
**Location**: Porur, Chennai
**Stipend/Benefits**: Performance-based incentives + certificate + exposure to education management

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Activities & Outreach**:

- Visit schools, junior colleges, and community spaces to promote Vidhu Academy’s programs.
- Build strong relationships with principals, teachers, and student groups.
- **Orientation & School Events**:

- Organize and manage school orientation programs and student engagement sessions.
- Assist in planning and executing academic workshops, competitions, and career guidance seminars.
- **Workshop & Event Management**:

- Coordinate logistics for academic workshops and events.
- Support faculty in delivering engaging sessions.
- **Parent & Student Counselling**:

- Interact with parents and students, explaining course structures, benefits, and career paths.
- Guide them through the admission process.
- **Sales & Admissions Support**:

- Generate leads through outreach activities.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively pitching Vidhu Academy’s offerings.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- MBA (Marketing/HR/General) students or recent graduates.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Interest in education, training, and student counselling.
- Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
