**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and write engaging political content across formats - articles, scripts, speeches, campaign narratives, and social media content.
- Develop and script political documentaries, short films, and YouTube/web videos.
- Break down complex political events and ideologies into relatable, audience-friendly content.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to align scriptwriting with visual storytelling.
- Monitor political trends, elections, and news to generate timely, relevant content.
- Write persuasive and informative content for political personalities, events, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy, credibility, and neutrality (where applicable) in all output.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in political writing, journalism, or political communication.
- Strong understanding of Indian politics, governance, history, and current affairs.
- Experience in writing scripts for videos, ads, or political documentaries.
- Ability to write in Hindi and English is preferred.
- Exceptional storytelling, research, and editing skills.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**
- Background in Political Science, Journalism, or Mass Communication
- Experience working with political leaders, campaign teams, or political consultancies
- Familiarity with social media trends and content formats
- Ability to adapt tone for different political ideologies and audiences
