**Responsibilities**:

- Configure and customize SAP SCM TM modules to meet specific business processes and logistics requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SCM TM with other SAP modules and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow across the supply chain.
- Analyze existing supply chain and transportation management processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions using SAP SCM TM.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP SCM TM functionalities, ensuring effective utilization of the system.
- Stay informed about the latest SAP releases and updates related to SCM TM, and lead efforts to implement upgrades and enhancements.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to SCM TM, working closely with business users and technical teams to deliver timely solutions.
- **: Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP SCM TM configurations, customizations, and ongoing management procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HANA SCM TM.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SCM TM modules and their integration with other SAP modules.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and transportation management processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SCM TM functionalities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Ability to analyze business processes and recommend optimization strategies using SAP SCM TM.
- SAP SCM TM certification is a plus.
