**Key Performance Indicator**:

- Counseling the patients regarding their IVF
- INFERTILITY concerns. Providing individual assessments & developing initial treatment plans.
- Helping patients choose the best treatments by explaining the Treatment procedure and its finances.
- Managing clinical care including various treatment plans for the assigned patient case.
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned. Answering inbound calls /customer queries related to the IVF services.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going i.e. by understanding the customer requirements and closing sales.

**Responsibilities**:
Replying to patient queries on call or mail both domestic and international both and covert those queries into clinic appointments and those visiting the Centre helping them to make a decision for starting their treatment and and register package and act as a bridge between the patient and the center to achieve the targets of the months.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Total work: 3 years (required)
- Counselling: 2 years (required)
- IVF: 1 year (required)
