Machine Supervisor

Base Location:

- Bhiwani, Haryana

Position: - Foreman/ Supervisor

Experience Required: - 3-10 Years in weaving Maintenance

Salary Budget:

- 3-5 LPA

Qualification: - Any Graduate/ IT|/ Diploma

**JOB PURPOSE **:To maximize machine availability within budgeted cost, meeting the set quality and energy norms.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Implement the maintenance schedule and maintain records of it.
2. Understand the problem, Diagnose the fault systematically
3. If required, seek technical guidance from Machine Manufacturer.
4. Analyse the root cause and take preventive actions.
5. Monitor the day to day working of elect. / mechanical gadgets.
6. Identify the specifications and locations of various prospective suppliers of spare parts and make proper record of spares life & Performance.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
1. Minimize the Machine down time due to Breakdowns

2. Maintain health of machines.

3. Minimize the cost of spares / Maintenance.

4. To ensure all the spares used are meeting the quality norms and installed in prescribed manner.

**EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Education: Diploma in Mechanical or B.Tech
- Minimum 4 years in the relevant field and on similar machines
- Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver
- Good leadership Quality to motivate others
- Good negotiation skills

Major Responsibilities: - Maintaining machine health, Preventive Maintenance, reducing down time for machine breakdown and related activities.

**Machine Knowledge Required: - Toyota Air Jet 710**

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
