Design Coordinator

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Management**:

- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of design projects from concept through completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of design assets.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- **Team Support**:

- Act as a liaison between designers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate design meetings, preparing agendas and taking detailed notes.
- Provide administrative support to the design team, including managing calendars and travel arrangements.
- **Communication**:

- Ensure clear and consistent communication between all project stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute project updates and status reports.

Handle client communications, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project progress.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design/ B.tech / BBE / B.Com.
- **Experience**:

- 1 years of experience in a design coordination or project management role.
- Proven experience working in a creative environment, preferably within a design agency or corporate design department.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,381.40 - ₹18,499.06 per month
