**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Managing Files and Documents**:

- Organize and maintain files and documents in an orderly manner.
- Ensure that all office documents are properly filed and accessible when needed.
- **Engaging Client Visits**:

- Greet and assist clients who visit the office.
- Ensure clients are comfortable and direct them to the relevant team members.
- **Recording in Client Book**:

- Maintain an up-to-date record of all clients visiting the office in the client logbook.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of client interactions.
- **Material Transfer Between Sites**:

- Safely transfer site materials from one location to another as per the requirements.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of materials.
- **Purchasing Site Materials**:

- Assist in purchasing necessary materials for sites based on instructions from the team.
- Keep track of materials and ensure they are ordered on time.
- **Stationery Work**:

- Ensure office stationery is stocked and available for daily use.
- Assist with ordering new stationery supplies as required.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
