**Key Responsibility Areas**:
1. Client Brief Understanding and Interpretation
- Thoroughly understand and interpret client briefs to ensure clarity on the project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
- Engage in discussions with account managers to gather additional insights and clarify any ambiguities in the brief.
- Translate client requirements into creative and actionable visual concepts with the guidance of Creative Heads

2. Creative Conceptualization and Visualization
- Develop and present visual concepts that align with the client & brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Create initial sketches, storyboards, and mockups to illustrate the visual direction of the campaign.
- Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and other creative team members to refine and finalize concepts.

3. Art Renditions and Design Execution
- Produce high-quality art renditions for various media, including print, OOH (Out-of-Home) media, and social media and digital campaigns
- Utilize design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) to create detailed and polished Creatives
- Ensure all designs adhere to the client & brand guidelines and campaign strategy.

4. Media-Specific Adaptations
- Adapt designs to suit different media formats and specifications, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.
- Optimize designs for various outputs, including print (e.g., posters, brochures, magazines) and digital (e.g., social media posts, web banners).
- Prepare and deliver final artwork files in the appropriate formats for production and publication.

5. Trend Awareness and Innovation
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and creativity.
- Experiment with new visual styles and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to client campaigns.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions to enhance design skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an advertising agency environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Coreldraw.
- Strong creative visualization skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print media work.
