**JD Description**:
**Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards.**

**Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action**

**Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings**

**Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations**
- **Skills required**:_

Hands on experience in automated testing tools, load testing tools and API testing tools.

Strong knowledge in testing methodologies, SDLC and STLC.

Good problem solving skills with analytical and logical thinking approach.

Knowledge in any defect tracking tool like Jira is mandatory.

Proficiency in Regression testing and load testing.

Good understanding of web development fundamentals.

Good communication skills and team player skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
