**Job Title**: Director of Photography (DOP) for **Fashion Films**

Our team is dedicated to producing visually stunning films, commercials, and digital content that push creative boundaries. We are now expanding our fashion film division and looking for a talented and passionate Director of Photography (DOP) to join our team.

**Role Overview**:
As the Director of Photography (DOP) for Fashion Films at Studio 11 Productions, you will be responsible for crafting the visual aesthetics and capturing the essence of high-fashion content. You will work closely with the creative director, stylists, and other key team members to ensure that every frame reflects the vision and style of the brand. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of cinematography, from pre-production planning to post-production.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Creative Vision**:

- Collaborate with the creative director and other stakeholders to understand and execute the visual style and tone of each fashion film.
- Develop and implement innovative lighting, camera, and shot composition techniques to enhance the visual storytelling.

2. **Pre-Production**:

- Participate in location scouting and assess potential shooting locations for visual appeal and technical feasibility.
- Develop detailed shot lists and storyboards in collaboration with the director and production team.
- Select and manage camera and lighting equipment, ensuring it aligns with the project requirements.

3. **Production**:

- Lead the cinematography team during shoots, directing camera operators, gaffers, and grips to achieve the desired look.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all footage, maintaining a high standard of visual excellence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during filming.

4. **Post-Production**:

- Work closely with the editing team to ensure that the final cut reflects the intended visual style.
- Provide input on color grading, visual effects, and other post-production elements to enhance the overall aesthetic.

5. **Team Collaboration**:

- Foster a collaborative and creative working environment, encouraging innovative ideas and solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the cinematography team, sharing knowledge and expertise.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Director of Photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in **fashion films**
- Expertise in camera operations, lighting, and shot composition.
- Proficiency with industry-standard camera equipment and software.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with advanced cinematography techniques, including drone filming, slow-motion, and time-lapse.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in fashion film production.
- Background in photography, fine arts, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
