Job Description"" Strong knowledge of active directory concepts and configuration, i.e. need to understand membership in security groups, inherited groups, OU structure, etc. "" Good knowledge on Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows 2003 & Windows 2008 including Active Directory. Excellent troubleshooting skills Excellent skills on windows 2003 and windows 2008 designing & planning Hands on experience on migration and consolidation project Experience on Merger and Demerger of active directory Environment Expert on migrations tools ( Ex. ADMT, Quest e.t.c) Good experience on Security translation Good understanding on reporting tools Good experience user training and documentation. Should have expertise in backup products Should have worked with more than one patching & antivirus tools Good communications Skills, Interpersonal and willingness to excel and performance oriented (1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.)
